Production Planner
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the S&OP process, wherein the purpose is to create a long-term planning (Rolling 12m) and to inform about changes in the established plan.
- Short term planning (1m & 3m ) and tracking of deliverables
- Responsible for production planning and updating and informing the persons concerned of changes in the established plan.
- Keeping the business ERP system updated in real time with regard to planning of production batches.
- Responsible for entering and updating of planning parameters in ERP System
- Coordinate development material demands with CRM and ensure demands are entered in ERP System
- Providing Supply Chain support for material needs planning including correction of obsolete demands or change in demands in conjunction with production planning schedule changes
- To support OTIF / RCA / QIRM and deviation investigations for raw materials / shipping / planning etc. when needed.
- To coordinate all other planning that affects delivery to the customer such as:
- Contact and planning with Sales & Marketing for planned order dates and forecast.
- Contact and planning with CPM for planning time for projects and production.
- Contact and planning together with QC and QA for analysis and release of both raw materials and produced batches.
- Assist in handling impurities and standards in accordance with the applicable manual.
- Ability to calculate and apply descriptive statistics in a manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Life Science preferred
- 3+ years experience in the relevant field
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and MRP Experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal to no supervision
- Ability to rapidly change focus during times of shifting or changing priorities
- Impeccable technical writing skills with extreme attention to detail, specifically the lexicology and grammatology of written English text as applied to technical writing
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Salary: $87-$97K per year
